1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with ManiPrep. If you are dissatisfied with our Premium features, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, subject to the Fair Use Policy below.

2. Fair Use Policy (Anti-Abuse)

To prevent abuse of our refund policy (e.g., consuming all content then requesting a refund), we reserve the right to deny a refund if:

• You have completed more than 50% of the question bank.
• We detect abnormal activity such as scraping, mass downloading, or account sharing.
• The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that depending on the payment processor and currency conversion, some transaction fees may be non-refundable. The final refund amount will be the net amount received by us, less any non-recoupable fees charged by the payment gateway, if applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email with the following information:

• Your Order ID / Reference Number.
• The email address used for purchase.
• A brief reason for the refund (your feedback helps us improve).

Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours and will be issued to the original payment method.
