By using ManiPrep ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content provided on ManiPrep, including but not limited to question banks, explanations, audio, images, code, and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of ManiPrep.

Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium (including web scraping/crawling or screenshotting for distribution).
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the software.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any automated system (e.g., "robots," "spiders," "offline readers") to access the service.
• Attempting to interfere with system integrity or security.
• Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications to access premium content.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to account sharing beyond the allowed device limit or suspected data theft. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

5. Paddle Disclaimer

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Exam Disclaimer

Educational Purpose Only: ManiPrep is an independent study tool designed to assist in exam preparation. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology or any official testing agency.

No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality and accurate materials, we do NOT guarantee that you will pass your exam. Success depends on individual effort and various other factors. We are not liable for any consequences of failing an exam.
